“Our Big, Beautiful World” is a 50-minute talk delivered by photographer and filmmaker Drew Doggett alongside his award-winning images and short films. It is at once a whirlwind journey to faraway lands, a riveting call to action, and an extraordinary argument for how all beings on this Earth are more alike than not.
Drew takes viewers to the remote speck of land known as Sable Island and its wild horses, to visit the Rendille people living near the Chalbi Desert of Kenya, and to Iceland’s surreal landscape with many more stops in between. “Our Big, Beautiful World” reveals the connections we share across species and borders, as well as the uncanny and singular ability of photography to intimately inform, excite, and share messages of hope.
Drew Doggett blends his expertise in nature photography, ethnography and fashion to create an extraordinary body of photographic work, and many stories of adventure that will make a lasting impression.
