In Pursuit of Nature Exhibit Calendar
Here’s the schedule for the exhibit, In Pursuit of Nature. If you have questions you should email sierraentry@live.com or call Harvey Kopel at 212-662-5272.
September 1–30, 2015: Members may submit either ONE or TWO photos by mail, email, or in person at our September 30 meeting. Last date for submission is Wednesday, September 30. Please include a filled in entry form and a check for the $30 entry fee made out to Sierra Club, Inc. (not Sierra Photo NYC as stated in the entry form).
October 9 (approx.): Acceptance notification
October 23 (Fri): Deadline to make arrangements with the “One Hour Framing Shop” (15 East 40th Street) if desired; they will deliver the work they frame to the Health Center.
November 4 (Wed): If not using the framer, drop off your framed photo in person at the Ryan/Chelsea-Clinton Health Center, 645 Tenth Avenue between noon and 6:30 pm, someone will be on hand to accept it during working hours.
November 5 (Thu): Exhibit Opens
November 11 (Wed): Opening Reception
February 9, 2016 (Tues): Last Day of Exhibit
February 10 (Wed): Break down and pick up your work (6:30–8:30 pm)
