4 Past Exhibits

Since 1976, Sierra Photo NYC, formerly known as the New York City Sierra Club Photography Committee, has displayed nature photographs by its members in exhibit spaces throughout the city and beyond.

In this web gallery, we present a wide range of nature photography selected from four of our recent exhibitions: Inspired by Nature at the Kiernan Hall Nature Gallery at Audubon Center in Greenwich, CT (2012), Encounters with Nature at the Calumet Photo Gallery in NYC (2013), The Pursuit of Nature and Urban Nature, both at the Ryan Chelsea-Clinton Community Health Center in NYC (2016 and 2017).

These exhibits displayed a wide range of nature photography created by our members. Included were landscapes, wildlife, macros, abstracts and urban nature scenes photographed throughout the United States and around the world. Each photographer who exhibited in any of these four shows has one photograph presented here in this web gallery.
